Greetings everyone. I don't have to tell you that this place is just getting started, but nevertheless I hope it will quickly grow into a place where you can feel comfortable discussing Chrome, both the operating system and the browser.

I'll be the first to make a brief introduction. I'm a web publisher, technology enthusiast, Linux user, science fiction fan and a bit of a free thinker (let's just say I tend to be opinionated and have a somewhat peculiar view of the world, depending on who you ask). I am a guy behind such sites as Libervis.com and Nuxified.org and have recently also started DoublePlusHuman.com. My blog and "online home" is at Memeverse.com. My online alias is Daniel Memenode.

I am starting ChromeHelpForums.com partly because I feel it is a good opportunity to serve a growing demand for support of Chrome as a browser and an up and coming Chrome OS and related applications. However, it is partly because I love trying out new operating systems (or Linux distributions) and cool new technologies and Chrome OS, as well as to some extent the browser, are among the most exciting developments in the software world to date. As a Linux user I'm further interested in Chrome as a Linux based system backed by a major company.

I'm aware of the competition, but competition is a good thing! Every new start is an opportunity to build something better. We could have a better, friendlier community and perhaps you'll like the look and feel of our forum. There's plenty of room for everyone to play.
