Having used Chrome for a few months now, I have some questions:

How do I get Chrome to show me a standard tool bar?

Actually, if I could get a tool bar, most of the rest of my issues would probably be resolved.

Can't find a print menu.
Can't find a file menu.
How do I get the browser to open search links in a new tab and jump to that tab?

Aside, it appears that all of the online help, with the exception of this forum, are broken. What's up with that?
