chrome crashing

Hi,every one .
Chrome is crashing every time when the page starts automatically on connecting internet.It's displaying as "your preferences coul'd not be read".
and when i choose OK ,it's displaying as "whoa!chrome has crashed.restart now ?".when i choose "ok" on reply this message,
the whole process is repeating again.When i choose "cancel" , and starting a new page it's working normally without a single problem.

Can anyone help to clear this problem ? and tell me the reason for dizz.

Chrome has been Crashing every time . I'm presently using chrome 13.0.772.0 dev-m version.It's very slow.And many times pages are becoming Unresponsive.On connection to internet , the start-up page delivers a dialog box contains a message that " SOME PREFERENCES COULD NOT BE READ " .
