Weird Scrolling Problem
For some reason, Chrome has been moving less smoothly when I scroll, where scrolling up and down has a terrible framerate that looks like something is scanning along my screen to transition to lower in the page. I'm sorry if that's not a good explanation.

I updated Flash recently, if that matters.
