Chrome autorefreshes instead of showing old version of page

All of a sudden, Chrome has stopped showing me the previous page when I press back, and started refreshing and showing the newest version of the page. I haven't changed any settings or anything, and it's just happened all of a sudden for no reason I can tell. I've tried clearing the cache and restarting the browser, but nothing has worked. I'm so confused! I'm not too great with computers, so after spending an hour searching for a solution to this, I still have NO clue what's wrong or what I can do. I desperately need help, my browser is basically unusable like this.

Just to clarify, what happens when you click the Back button? It stays on the same page? Maybe it is one of Extensions not being fully compatible.
Try disabling them one-by-one to see if it fixes the problem.
